Refund policy

Nurses Edge – Refund & Return Policy

For physical items, returns are accepted within 30 days if the product is unused, in original condition, and includes all original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted from your refund.


Returns – Physical Products Only

Returns are accepted within 14 days under these conditions:

  • Item is unused and in original packaging

  • All components (stickers, inserts) are included

  • Sealed products must remain unopened

  • Must be returned in original or protective packaging

To initiate a return, email info@anursesedge.com with your order number, reason, and photos. If approved, refunds are processed in 5–10 business days (minus shipping costs). Rejected returns may be sent back at your expense.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Digital downloads (PDFs)

  • Used/damaged items or incomplete packaging

  • Items from bulk orders

  • Returns requested after 30 days


Incorrect Addresses & Unclaimed Packages

Nurses Edge is not responsible for incorrect addresses entered at checkout. If returned due to address issues or non-pickup, reshipping fees apply, or the return shipping will be deducted from any refund.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Once shipped, we are not liable for lost or delayed orders. Please check tracking, contact the carrier, and file a claim if needed. Still unresolved? Contact info@anursesedge.com


Damaged Items

Report within 7 days of delivery with photos and order number. If confirmed, we’ll issue a replacement or refund.


Marked as Delivered but Not Received

Check around your property and with neighbors. If not found after 48 hours, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. Beyond this window, we may be unable to assist.
